We are looking for a person with a passion for Digital marketing to join our team. The role will include the set-up and management of advertising campaigns across social, search and display platforms. The post holder will develop channel plans, project timelines and set budget recommendations as part of the planning and set-up of advertising campaigns. They will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of campaigns aligns with the agreed plans, flagging recommended changes/optimisation as needed.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will develop a thorough understanding of all digital marketing activities we deliver for our clients, and work with them to ensure Digital performance helps to meet the wider campaign or business objectives. The post holder will review data via analytics and measurement platforms and be responsible for client reporting.

In addition, the role involves researching and identifying new opportunities to meet clients’ objectives through marketing and advertising tactics as well as drafting copy, sourcing suitable images and developing creative ideas for client display and social media adverts.

The successful applicant post holder will have:

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Demonstrable experience of having planned and executed digital advertising activity for clients or organisations that met pre-defined objectives
  • Demonstrable experience of reporting on digital marketing activity, and proficiency in using online analytics or measurement tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Data Studio experience preferable)
  • Understanding of different digital channels – primarily social media, search and display – and how they can be used in conjunction to meet overall objectives
  • Experience working with Facebook and Google Ads in a professional setting, and preferably managing campaign budgets on these platforms
  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to cultivate excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers and stakeholders.

The candidate will, ideally, be a experienced in digital account management within an agency environment.
