Martina Serafini

Part of the Waterfront Conference Company team, Martina’s international and cross-cultural background allows her to easily adapt to different and unexpected circumstances.

Bilingual in English and Italian, Martina graduated from the University of Essex with a degree in politics and international relations and was awarded the Jean Blondel Prize for the Best Undergraduate Degree Result.

When she’s not getting her teeth stuck into market research and building relationships with key leaders in the renewable energy and rail sectors, you’ll find her in the pool – she’s a professional synchronized swimmer and certified lifeguard.
