Freshwater retains position on major NHS framework
Freshwater’s leading healthcare consultancy division has secured a place on the coveted NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Framework Agreement.
The SBS Framework Agreement supports the NHS in procuring high-quality consultancy and advisory services. Organisations on the framework are vetted to ensure they meet the highest standards of professionalism, risk and project management and value for money, as well as having a proven record of successful outcomes.
A key benefit of being on the framework is that it allows for direct award, meaning NHS organisations requiring immediate support can appoint Freshwater directly, safe in the knowledge that the process is procurement compliant.
The appointment makes Freshwater the only specialist communications and engagement consultancy to have consistently secured a place on the framework.
Nick Samuels, Executive Director of Healthcare at Freshwater, said: “Freshwater’s consistent appointment to the NHS Shared Business Services Framework is testament to the quality of services provided by our expert healthcare team.
“Being on the framework means our NHS clients across the country continue to have rapid access to high quality communications and engagement advice and support. We are looking forward to extending our relationships with NHS colleagues, as well as supporting new ones, developing and delivering services in their communities, which are under huge pressure and scrutiny.”
Following a rigorous selection process, Freshwater was successful in securing a place covering these disciplines:
- Business, Leadership, Management, Governance, Structure & Strategy
- Communications, Engagement & Research.
The reappointment cements Freshwater’s position as a leading UK communications and engagement consultancy. Our specialist colleagues have supported the NHS for more than three decades, helping health and care organisations achieve the best patient experience and outcomes.
