Sarah Whittle

Sarah is a Fellow of CIPD and has worked in Human Resources for 30 years, across public, private and third-sector organisations, along with running her own HR consultancy for ten years. Committed to delivering excellence, Sarah is responsible for all Freshwater’s HR and Operations activity and accreditations.

She is passionate about supporting colleagues through their employee journey and development aspirations. Over the past 15 years, Sarah has been volunteering for a variety of charities, has held non-executive board roles and is currently a Business Mentor for the Princes Trust. Sarah is also Freshwater’s Company Secretary.
