Steven Lambert

Integrity, honesty and a good dose of diligence are the qualities that Steve brings to the table at Freshwater. Fortunately, he gets to work with clients who echo his ethics, values and beliefs, whether that’s promoting net zero for Wales Climate Week or championing workers’ rights for Thompsons Solicitors. Steve is no stranger to hard work, though he would say that when you work with clients you believe in, the work comes easy.

Steve also heads up our People, Standards and Inclusion (PSI) Committee, driving engagement and wellbeing activities and ensuring that every voice at Freshwater is heard. Our tallest employee, Steve is as big in character as he is in stature.
