Tony O’Shaughnessy

Tony O’Shaughnessy worked as a newspaper journalist before joining the BBC as a news trainee.

He produced and directed hundreds of hours of live television news and also worked as a BBC journalism trainer in countries including India and Russia.

He produced the Radio Four arts programme, Front Row, and was series editor for the BBC Wales current affairs programme Week In Week Out.

He has delivered media training courses for the public and private sector with clients including the National Lottery, the Welsh Government Cabinet, Welsh National Opera and Sport Wales. He taught broadcast journalism at Cardiff University.
