Freshwater has a long track record of working in the property and construction sectors. Our expertise in property communications ranges from strategic level support for developers and consultants during various stages of the planning process, through to the successful marketing of completed developments and properties.

We have also been engaged by housing associations, local authorities, major retailers and development consortia to plan and deliver integrated communications campaigns around property and infrastructure.

Our teams have an understanding of the development process and combine this with specialist expertise in areas such as public relations and political communications, graphic design and branding, advertising and digital marketing. We deliver communications training and social media consultancy to a range of organisations in the sector, as well providing video production and website design services.

Our in-house team has planned and delivered a wide variety of industry events, from commercial and residential property launches to international showcase events for specialist plant and machinery. We are experienced organisers and facilitators of stakeholder engagement and public consultation events, with our programmes recognised by The Consultation Institute and the Market Research Society.
