Communication is in Carolyn’s blood. An English graduate with a particular love of grammar, Carolyn is at her best when she’s working with words. When she’s not leading teams who deliver content in all its forms, Carolyn is helping clients shape their narrative, engage with stakeholders, navigate thorny issues or hone their skills to manage media interviews with confidence.

Having worked at Freshwater for more than 20 years, Carolyn’s varied client base has included John Lewis, Tarmac, Public Health Wales, Thompsons Solicitors and The National Lottery.
